Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used heavily by HR, Payroll and IT. It is used for payroll and employee data. It is also used to feed many other systems within our company and to feed outside benefit carriers. There is very limited use for employees for things like viewing pay statement data.
- Payroll - the software is very user friendly for payroll associates and in 10 years we have never missed a payroll.
- Keeping the system up-to-date with compliance related information - makes it easier when government changes happen to know that it has already been added to the system.
- Reporting - the Cognos tool provided is very robust.
- Training classes - love that the training is at no additional cost and many options available on-line.
- Would like to see a stronger support team. Our last rep was not very helpful and did not return calls in a timely fashion. We have been given a new rep and I have not had the opportunity to work with that rep very much yet.
- Would like to see more flexibility with the services group - with requests we have had in the past, we were not able to get a commitment up front to our time requirements.
- ADP Enterprise
UltiPro has surpassed our former payroll vendor by leaps and bounds. It has put so much more control in the hands of the users and been much more accurate.
