Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance
We currently use Unitrends device for backup and recovery in our network. We are very happy with the performance of our Unitrends Recovery device. It works as it should and we rarely have issues with it. Unitrends support is TOP NOTCH!!! The problems we do have are usually resolved in one phone call. Their support staff is helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
- Support is AMAZING
- Device is very easy to use and just works
- Very reliable
- Interface could be more simple .. but I hear the next version addresses some of these issues
- Unitrends Recovery appliance has saved us on many occasions ... from malware attacks to restoring individual files.
