Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance
We use the Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance to encrypt and backup our data.
- Encryption is key to protected information.
- Reliability is also important to to our organization, with the recovery series device I sleep better at night knowing it works.
- We also rely on Unitrends' great customer support.
- Longer retention lengths between masters.
- A forced master every 2 weeks places a strain on our network to push the files off site to Unitrends cloud.
- We have not had to use the recovery side of Unitrends yet.
- We have reviewed Barcudda
Both products where pretty close, Unitrends stood out in responsiveness to our questions and concerns.
