Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance

Unitrends backs up our corporate data center servers at our national headquarters. We have an HP Sure Store tape backup unit hanging directly off of the Unitrends that is used to execute a weekly catastrophic backup that is taken off site.

This device does not back up any other facility.

Unitrends completely replaced our Symantec localized backup solution.

Fits perfectly into a mid-range sized business like NHTC. Gives us the ability to position the appliance in another physical location once our bandwidth is increased. Customer installation services and technical support have been amazing. Moving away from Symantec has been a dream. I would not go back to those types of solutions, including ArcServe.
