Overall Satisfaction with UpLead

UpLead are putting some effort into getting their customers satisfied. This is great news for any of their customers

  • Cancel trial and cancel account should be more obvious
  • Search results are good , but we could use more filters
  • ROI
  • Customer Success very helpful
  • The cancellation process is complex and confusing I found
