Overall Satisfaction with Lightspeed Restaurant

We use Upserve as our POS and to track our labor and sales.

Pros

  • Tracks labor
  • Tracks sales
  • Tracks repeat guests

Cons

  • I would like for Upserve to allow me to mark our food items as they are made instead of just being able to clear a whole ticket.
  • Upserve has helped us be able to track our labor and sales more easily.
Upserve has been the best POS system that we have used to date.
Upserve is perfect for busy restaurants where speed and efficiency are important.
