Overall Satisfaction with Vagaro
Used it as an appointment scheduler online for a wellness business. Allowed clients to book online and easily manage their appointments (cancel and reschedule).

- Gives customers discount offers to entice them to book in
- Interface is quite clunky, not the most friendly UI
- Says they attract new customers but it doesn't happen that often unless you have a really cheap offer
- Online bookings for services
- It wasn't the most positive because I didn't like to offer discounts which is why I switched
- Timely and Shortcuts
I prefer Timely to Vagaro as it allows more flexibility, has a better UI/UX, and has more features that help with retention.
