VanillaSoft is used across our whole organization. It is used to hold all of our leads, as well as all of our information on each lead. It addresses all of the needs that our clients need. They are able to see the leads, and any info received by the agent. They are able to request changes that are tailored to their business needs.
- VanillaSoft transitions from call-to-call very well.
- VanillaSoft keeps track of all of the leads, comments, and appointment sets.
- Sometimes the auto dial is difficult to use.
