Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft was being used by our entire sales department for closing calls and reaching out to potential prospects who have been vetted. The organization for how you can track your interactions is very helpful because when you aren't available to speak with clients over the phone, you can send them a message through VanillaSoft. Some prospects respond better through messaging.
- You are able to prerecord a voicemail for prospects who do not answer a call.
- The reliability of calls not dropping is dependable as long as you have service.
- You aren't able to draft ready to send messages unless you are an administrator.
- It might be helpful to have an option of a three-way call.
- The call volume is definitely up.
- It shows how committed you are by posting your call numbers and results.
