Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

It is being used for fundraising for our organization. 30+ employees use the service and I appreciate that VanillaSoft allows for custom software capabilities to me our organizational needs. It addresses fundraising needs and has capabilities for custom constituent profile information. I really appreciate the needs that it fulfills and the service that it provides!

  • VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft was great because it provided custom service capabilities that suited our business needs in a way that other softwares we were looking at did not offer. Also, VanillaSoft provides great customer support M-F 9-5 and they are very accommodating to our business needs. We will be sticking with VanillaSoft because we are now familiar with its capabilities and features.

It is most appropriate for mass amounts of callers to call at once. It is good because it is a mass fundraising platform and is most suited for scenarios where you can standardize contact information and require many people to work at once. It is great for these types of situations!
