Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

VanillaSoft is what we use to contact our leads. It is the best because it is easy for people who work remotely to use and people who are still working in the call center! It allows us to quickly receive help from a manager if needed. It is used by our entire organization! Keeping in contact with the leads and campuses is the main function of the call center and VanillaSoft makes everything easier for us all!

VanillaSoft is perfect for a call center! It makes our job less complicated. It makes it easier to call over 200+ leads a day and respond to text messages. It makes our jobs as call center reps more organized by allowing us to easily see our stats while we are working.
