Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage circle is managed as a rewards platform for all our employees. We have a quarterly reward system where employees can reward their peers and teammates. We get vantage points with each reward. I like how this all works so seamlessly within the whole organization.
- Provide reward functionality for teams
- Points balance is very easy to use
- There is good selection of ways to redeem my points as coupons.
- Coupon ranges can be increased.
- Some websites are missing and we cant get coupons of them. They should focus on adding more providers.
- Sometimes amazon coupons are not available which are my favourite. So they should ensure their availability.
- Quarterly rewards for people
- Option to redeem vantage points as amazon coupons
- Rewards leaderboards for organization
- Peer to peer rewards have shown to be really good effort by company. We can award our peers and the company pays for it.
- It has created a culture of recognition of work inside teams.
- Leaderboards help to see which person has been rewarded most for their work.
