Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage points is the application wherein colleagues are recognized in our organization. Every quarter, we are recognized by our reporting managers on the basis of our performance. There are different types of monetary and non-monetary rewards. The only problem I see in this application is that it doesn't list or filter out personal dashboard with your direct reportees or department instead it shows larger organizational collagues. Rest everything is good to go with points and redemption. I see great scope of this app in our company
