Overall Satisfaction with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management
We use Varicent's SPM to calculate compensation for our US-based sales team. This includes commission calculations, activity based bonuses, and subjective bonuses.

- It would be very helpful to have a relationship manager who understands the basics of our instance and could help us address issues we come across.
- Better video tutorials.
- Save time performing calculations.
- More dependable than spreadsheets.
- Payee portal saves time vs manually creating pay statements.
Comprehensive and complex. Designed for technical folks vs sales folks. The others have a broader user base.
