Overall Satisfaction with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management

It is currently implemented for several lines of business with a goal to have all consumer bank plans on it by 2022. Varicent was the ideal solution because of our complicated data environment. It's flexible data model enable and accelerate the automation of our plans. As we onboard more and more plans, Varicent allows us to retire aging assets and end-user developed applications that calculated incentive and compensation plans. We also use the premium performance offering which has kept our calculation times low as we continue to grow.
  • Ease of use for Administratiors
  • Flexibility (you can solve almost any problem)
  • Customer Service (very responsive)
  • Continual Improvements (customer recommendations are acted upon)
  • Workflow Solution (it's 80% there but the 20% prevents certain use cases)
  • New Features don't always come with training solutions
  • Inquiry Functionality is very basic (although that's in the works for a major overhaul)
  • Better End-User Experience
  • Reduced Risk
  • More Automation (elimination of manual processes)
