Overall Satisfaction with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management

Varicent is used for sales and Agency partner commissioning across all the company.
  • Very flexible tool
  • Reliable cloud-based tool (nearly no downtime in 10 years)
  • Great support team
  • Training staff to develop compensation plan is a bit tricky
  • Reporting capability can be improved
  • Processing quite slow when you process massive amount of data points
  • Fewer compensation calculation errors
  • Increased transparency into compensation plans and detailed commission calculation
  • Help discovering data source issues, like errors in billing, etc.
End user [usability is] excellent even if reporting can be improved.
Compensation admin [usability is] good.
Compensation dev [usability is] good but you need well-trained staff.
Excellent support during migration from Version 9 to Version 10. Support is always of great help each time we need to contact them.
Can accommodate easily addition of new sales staffs on commission plan.
All good products. When we initially chose Varicent it was the most flexible tool and price was competitive
Very flexible for commission computation and commission statement presentation to sales teams.
