Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
This is in use across our entire organization. This has resolved constant issues with our prior backup solution. This has added stability and reliability to our backup and replication across all of our locations.

- Reporting and results of backup are easy to understand, and, if there is an issue, it's easy to resolve.
Cons
- Slightly better visibility on offsite backups and delays.
- Easier understanding on implementation of integration of WAN accelerators.

About 42 total workloads. This is about what was estimated. Only a little higher because of added systems on our side.
- Reduced management time from our IT staff.
- Additional ransomware protection and security.
- Stability and confidence in backups.
Backups with Unitrends were not stable, constant issues, and unable to get consistent backups. Frequent recommendation to redeploy the whole system which would take a large amount of time of our IT and loss of backup history.
The amount of time and lack of stability was so concerning it was time to change and it has been a completely different experience with Veeam. So much more stable and reliable.

We have started the process of replication to the cloud but we do not have any cloud items in the cloud to backup at this time.
We have utilized the file share backup on some of our network shares to continue to keep these items backed up even though they are not in the proper format.
