Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
I have used several backup and replication software applications in the past. We have found that Veeam is VERY user-friendly and reliable. The user interface is simple. The application is reliable and the technical support is excellent. I strongly recommend this software and will continue using it. Not only do we use it for backups but the snapshots are an excellent addition to our disaster recovery plan should there be a major issue with our data

- Veeam is rock solid for backup and recovery. We have not considered looking at any other solution because we do not want to mess with success. It is well worth the annual fees.
We were previously using another product but became frustrated with the support that they were providing. We reviewed several other solutions but for backup, replication, and snapshots we decided that Veeam was the best value for our company.
We do not host data in the cloud so we do not use Veeam for cloud backups.
We use Veeam for file share backup. We are requested to restore files on average once a week. In the past 8 years, we have not been able to restore files for end-users.
