Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
We have an infrastructure that is mostly virtualized on-premise with some AWS and Azure cloud with onsite and offsite backups including a mix of various Windows OS as well as Linux. We backup offsite to AWS and Backblaze and have to Azure as well in the past with great success.

12 virtual, 1 cloud and 1 physical are currently protected. I have used this product prior to coming to this organization. All have performed more or less as expected.
- Backup environment in 50% less time than prior solution
- Peace of mind with security threats that can damage data
- Able to automatically backup Linux environment which we could not prior
I was not here for this change when it was implemented. I am not sure and cannot comment on this as it was done years ago prior to me.
We offsite backup to a cloud environment. This allows us to know we have secure data that we can restore in case of catastrophic failure onsite.
We do not use a NAS.
