Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
I first began using Veeam on my laptop via the free version. Although we were using Windows integrated backup solutions for our servers at the time, I wanted to take my backups a bit further and test a backup solution for just my laptop. I was so happy with the performance, including when it came in clutch for accidental deletion of the necessary information. I ended up purchasing a multi-server license and began using it on our back office server, CRM, and file servers. We had since renewed our licenses when they came due. We are sold on Veeam. It is well worth the investment and provides the peace of mind we wanted.

We have two virtuals and could possibly be adding a third in the near future to handle out VOIP needs.
- Mean time to restore/repair has decreased significantly.
- Peace of mind.
- Incremental backups have saved valuable time.
We had a system failure that caused us to spend a great time re-creating estimates and invoices, as well as some data in CRM just being lost. Since then, we have had a similar event take place but were able to restore from recent backups. Veeam saved us valuable time.
We have not utilized the cloud functions at this time.
We are planning on using the NAS backup functions in the future but have not implemented them yet.
