Simple Yet Powerful Backup Solution

We manage over 5 Microsoft 365/Azure tenants, Veeam made it very easy for us to setup Data Clouds for each tenant and manage them easily. We're able to quickly and easily restore deleted files, missing emails, and entire Azure VMs with a few clicks. This has given our users a level of comfort that they had lacked for years, knowing their files and emails are safe should something happen.

Over the years we lost many files and emails due to lacking a backup solution. We spent quite a long time demoing products until we ultimately landed on Veeam Data Cloud due to it's simple yet powerful interface. We're a small IT team, and it was critical for us to not have to spend a large amount of time setting up and maintaining the backup solution, Veeam Data Cloud delivers in every way that we need it to.

We had a terminated user delete their entire mailbox and empty the trash before we could disable the account. Thanks to Veeam Data Cloud we had the entire mailbox restored in minutes.

We've only been using Veeam Data Cloud for a few months, and we haven't had to use this feature yet, but I suspect that it will be a life saver if we ever need to utilize it. Just having the reassurance that we have that safety net is worth it alone.

Ease of use is top of mind, setting up 5 companies in 5 separate tenants took less than an hour. Individual email restore is incredibly flexible and very helpful. Azure VM restore has helped us rebuild new VMs with old disks very quickly.
