Veeam Backup & Replication
Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
Newest Version is amazing, cut the time to do our backups in half. we are now confidant in our backups and rarely have to do any checks aside from our quarterly restore. Overall Veeam is a great Solution for almost any company and i would highly recommend it to anyone in the IT field.

We have an average of 200 jobs run daily and weekly. a combination of virtual and physical and have yet to have any issues. we knew veeam would be able to handle this with no issue.
- helped during security event
- makes backups easy to recover files from
- tape backups works seamlessly
our old solution took about half a day to backup. as we are growing this quickly became an issue. we upgrade our storage and implemented veeam and now most workloads are completed within a couple of hours. other solutions have not been this quick and reliable and would choose veeam again anytime
We have no intention of moving to cloud anything. luckily veeam doesnt require any sort of cloud resources even though the option is available
We installed the plugin that allows our fileshare/NAS to be implemented into veeam, we no longer have to deal with Windows for DFS for our fileshare, and are now at peace knowing it is being backed up securely
