The solution must meet our cost and reward objectives and maintain the high standards our board demands to achieve the aspirations both now and into the future as we make our way to continued excellence.

We protect over 300 different workloads across the Veeam Data Platform devised platform servers and locations. Most of the workloads are for virtual servers. When we purchased the Veeam Data Platform backup and recovery solution we wanted everything to be included in the backup software and so far it has provided that protections or the options for that protection in the time since we first purchased the software

We needed a platform without a lot of server OS specific agents and something that could talk to the virtualization platform and native tools more reliably to avoid upgrade and support issues. The change was dramatic and made backup less tedious and more universal and manageable year after year and it has made all the difference.
We do not use the cloud features much, but we have been impressed with the demonstrations of the software we have been exposed through via webinars and peer feedback. We hope to use some of these options where appropriate in the future should the cloud become a resource we desire to utilize for storage of our data.
In testing we were happier with the Veeam Data Platform features and were very impressed with their ability to fulfill the things we needed to accomplish. It met the pricing and reliability we desired and have been happy with the solution. Veeam Data Platform continues to add new features and our peer feedback has been good regarding Veeam Data Platform ability to work well
