Compared to other products, the Veeva CRM has better UI and third-party application integrations which helps to effectively plan accounts, execute planned activities, better customer interaction, etc. The tool has integrated data analytics which helps to provide better action and recommendations during the customer interaction. The tool supports mobile devices which helps to use the applications wherever we go from multiple types of devices.
