Vena is used at our company to manage and facilitate our annual budget process. Department leaders across the organization use it to enter their budget information and Vena automatically consolidates the data entry at a high level. This process alone saves me hours of work each year. Additionally, department leaders can access a report that shows monthly budget vs actuals and allows for the drill-down capability to the GL detail level.

Vena has offered great support throughout the entire process. Since going live our client service manager has been fantastic. She checks in with us on a regular basis, including formal quarterly account reviews. Whenever we've had an issue she is quick to provide help and get the problem solved. It's nice to know that if something breaks in the middle of the budget cycle we can count on a fast response.
Vena has made financial data much more accessible to department leaders outside of finance. Now any of them can access their department budget and/or actuals without any involvement from the finance team. It allows them to be able to track their performance to budget in near real-time and make adjustments as necessary.
