Overall Satisfaction with Vena
We use it for budgeting, financial statements, and reporting. Mostly Accounting but trying to get other departments involved such as payroll. Helps create reports quickly and get them to the end-user quickly.
- Integrating different information.
- Variable process - when you go from one period to the next all reports auto-adjust to the new period.
- Easy to formatting your information.
- The training videos are great, but sometimes asking questions one-on-one would be nice.
- Provide best practice on creating reports with graphs and such.

- Reports are quicker.
- Creating reports are easier and adjustable.
- Coming up with new ideas.
I was here for implementation. The reports are in place. We have started creating new reports and can send questions about why something isn't working. There are additional fees to try to get additional help and support. And support can be lagging in getting something resolved. We often have to research the website to figure out the answers (they do have a lot of videos for training and written documents).
I'm still new to the company and not sure what it looked like before. The company is still using and growing the usage.
