Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Vena is currently being used with our accounting system (Intacct) to both track project budgets and create automated financial reports. Right now it is just being used by the accounting and finance departments, but these reports are circulated to both internal and external users. It addresses the problem of us having to manually create financial statements each month by hard keying items into excel and dual entry by also entering all of our data into a separate budget tracking system.

- Reports can be difficult to create without extensive training
- Protecting a sheet to eliminate end user errors is important, but it would be nice to still be able to make cosmetic changes easily
- There is sometimes a delay in opening reports and loading new reports

We have been working with a third party consulting firm for the Vena implementation and have not needed to rely on Vena's help.
The vena reports are available through a click of a button and are integrated with our accounting system so we know the reports are accurate. Information is delivered quickly and we do not need to wait for reports to manually be created, updated, and checked to make sure all information is there.
