Time Saved Value Gained with Vena

It looks good that AI is being used, mainly Vena Insights. It helps us find trends and abnormalities in our data that we might not have seen otherwise. I'm excited about how this function could change over time and become even better at predicting what will happen. It also does a great job with its dashboard and ad hoc data features. It's easy to make useful reports quickly and change them so we can see the data we need.

the implementation support was good. They helped us set things up and trained our team. We had a few technical questions along the way, and their support team was responsive, usually getting back to us within a reasonable timeframe.

We get key financial data much faster than before. Reports that used to take days are now ready in hours. For instance, when sales started to drop in a certain area, we saw it right away in our Vena dashes and were able to change how much we spent on marketing within days instead of weeks.
