My personal experience using Vena

Vena is a much needed tool for our company and my position of work. Since we are indeed need of our performance tracking and this tool is saviour for us. Our company works with multiple events like corporate, marriage, concerts, festivals, celebrities events etc. There multiple events going at the same time to keep track of all the finances of our events giving the full analysis and reports with various forecasts is what Vena do for us. It's saves our time and energy to do manually and integrates itself with the Excel.

Vendor has been supported well with the implementation phase of the tool. However I am from the business and marketing team, but my IT colleagues have informed me. Also the if any problems comes with the software I directly contact to the vendor and their response is prompt. I have no issues occurred while contacting them for technical issues.

What Vena does is in a very layman term took all the entries and data of all the previous events their actual expenses and match with the forecast budget. These analysis reports gives us the more clarity in manage finances. It also gives us the key indicators where we made loss or profits. The points where we need to change for more growth. And that's what is performance tracking of our business. We have using Vena for a while now and we have made new and retained clients too.
