In my organization we have been using Vena Solutions primarily for financial planning and analysis, and it has helped us in streamlining our budgets and forecast process mainly by our finance and accounts departments .
How we use Vena Solutions:
It has helped us move from using spreadsheets and manual data entry for our finance planning by helping us building financial models, budgeting and forecasting by integrating smoothly with our ERP system SAP. The ability to pull data from various sources automatically and the manipulate the data in a structure format has been a game changer for our organization. We also use it for variance analysis and generating detailed financial reports .

Before Vena Solutions we struggled with disconnected data, manual updates and lots of errors from the spreadsheets. Vena solves all these problems by creating a single, reliable platform for managing all our finance data and processes. For instance, we recently used it to standardized our financial reports across the organization a time-consuming task which was handled smoothly and accurately thanks to Vena Solutions. While it is mainly used by our Finance and Accounts departments, we have started to use it to see other departments like HR and Sales for specific budgeting as well. - User Interface Complexity little overwhelming for new users better to simplify their UI and more intuitive onboarding resources for new users.
- Custom report limitations
- Performance issues with larger data sets
- Implementation cost is a bit higher but their support and ease of solutions make it worth the price
- The software is scalable for data accuracy
- The tool helps save time by improving efficiency and operations.
- Very helpful IT team that connects and supports in integration of vena with Power BI
The vendor Vena has supported me by always being connected to our IT team for support in the integration of Vena with other tools we use like Power BI and support on report generations. Would say from my wonderful experience their support team is always prompt and take action immediately and provide solutions in less time.
Our organization is Fintech startup that deals with financial data, being an analyst it's my duty to provide data for better insights and making well-informed decisions. Since the use of vena the report generated processes is more smoother, and with every report I am able to make better analytics insights for the team and organization leading to better growth of our business. There were times the process team were stuck alongside sales on the data we generate with use of Vena the process has gotten smoother with everyone understanding the issue and resolving
