Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena is used across our organization for all of our budget & planning needs including forecasting, budget vs. actual reporting, analytics, and general FP&A.
  • The fact that native excel is the building block of Vena makes end-user adoption that much easier and seamless.
  • Vena allows you to utilize templates and reporting formats that your organization/board/users may already be comfortable with but provides power behind these excel documents to automate, version control, and aggregate large amounts of data quickly that can then be reported on and analyzed in many different ways and quickly.
  • Vena is flexible and powerful. We are able to create custom reports to focus on particular areas of the business and analyze data efficiently. It's these flexible and highly customized reports that drive business conversations and decisions,.
  • I think there's some opportunity for some more standard template options. For example, if you have a need for a new type of P&L statement or multi-year plan, it would be helpful to browse standard reports as part of the brainstorming and build process.
  • Vena has increased our financial reporting transparency to our business owners, allowing them to make data-based financial decisions based on real-time results.
Vena is an excellent tool for financial management, forecasting, and reporting. The power of Vena is the ability to customize the tool to your business needs and easily adapt it as your business needs evolve over time. We've gone through many organizational restructures and it's been simple and user-friendly to update Vena accordingly. The customer support team is also best in class. They've been unbelievably effective and supportive business partners from implementation to date.

The customer support team is best in class. They are highly effective, supportive, and innovative.
