Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We use Vena Solutions to enter and distribute financial results, projections, and budgets throughout the company, especially to our Vice Presidents and District Managers. It solves the problem of needing to send and save the same information multiple times, and it also solves the problem of not having an audit trail.

  • Distribution.
  • Audit trail.
  • Takes a little time to get everything setup.
  • Time for training everyone.
  • Would like to see better support after implementation.
  • Faster reporting.
  • Faster distribution.
  • Better management via better visualization and interaction.
I haven't used support myself in the short amount of time I've used it, but I have heard of others with open tickets for very long time periods.

Vena Solutions is best suited for companies who need to be able to distribute financial projections, budgets, and results to multiple people scattered across many different locations. While it could be used by people who are all in the same building and still be very convenient, it is best for people in different places.
