Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena Solutions is being used for our budgeting needs, as well as financial data consolidation. Vena is working well for us as a company as we can collate all data we need in the one place, with an easy to access portal and a familiar Excel style interface. The amount of time saved by having one central system has been significant.
  • Communication with third-party data sources
  • Excel interface is familiar.
  • Template creation is tedious and has a steep learning curve.
  • User task notification system could be improved.
  • Improved the collaborative process of building reports.
  • Created a more central place to access data and documents.
Any Excel-based report translates perfectly to Vena Solutions, but you have the benefit of their brilliant cloud platform. Reports can be viewed by multiple users from any location. The benefit of templating reports has had a big impact as well.

The support documentation is great for the basic things but for more advanced features and use cases you will need to speak directly with their support team. From my experience they have been great to deal with.
