Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena is used within our business to create regular budgeting reports for any clients that we provide financial consulting to. It has allowed us to create a standardized report format that can be implemented across a number of different business types. We are able to use templates that we have created to regularly update our business reports and share them with our clients. If a client has a specific format or metric they would like included this can be added to their specific template, which really saves time during busy periods.
  • Template creation saves time and increases accuracy.
  • Data drill-down feature provides an incredible level of detail quickly.
  • Excel formulas mean that accounts are accurate.
  • Over time templates that have been used and edited multiple times seem to become slower to populate.
  • The user notification feature to alert users of a report deadline could be improved.

Vena is able to streamline our budget reporting process, as we are able to provide standardized reports to different stakeholders with increased accuracy and level of detail. The templating solutions it provides means we can create up to date reports without having to allocate massive amounts of resources, opening us up to client ad-hoc requests and improved analysis.
