Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

I use Verint Speech and Text Analytics to identify compliance to scripting and call flow behaviors. To search for trends. To automate quality metrics and compliance.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to view results in different ways
  • Allows for historical speech analysis
  • Allows for external data to be used to filter and enhance results

Cons

  • enhanced transcription. with work from home, and callers using cell phones, can impact transcription abilities
  • RIF of QA agents
  • Increased speed in voice analytics
I think Verint Speech and Text Analytics is very easy to use
Verint Speech and Text Analytics is much more robust and easier to use the speech capabilities (including historical) Tethr was much quicker to incorporate customizations
