Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We currently are building out scheduling and leave management for a back office. Verint Workforce Management is also used across the company for our contact center and other back offices.

Pros

  • Scheduling
  • Leave management
  • Data collection for call center

Cons

  • Improve Multi day view so partial day leave shows
  • Positive - schedule visability for the first time
  • Automated leave approval
This is the only system I have used.

Currently we do not use the forecasting module
For call center teams this is an easier sell. Bringing Verint Workforce Management to a back-office takes focus on change management and I advise colleagues to map out a game plan before proceeding.
