Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management
As a back-office employee, I really like Verint Workforce Management but it is a bit difficult to get team members to use it sometimes.
Pros
- Automated schedule running
- Auto processing time off
- Easy to navigate
Cons
- Too many pieces to make a schedule
- Would like the Mobile app to work a bit better
- Allows us to see how our headcount looks against FTEs
- Allows for our variable team members to create their own schedule

Yes, sometimes when a team member does something it doesn’t translate to the application but looking forward to moving to the cloud to help this.
