Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Our team is responsible for supporting the front-end users who need profile maintenance with scheduling, leave pools, profile creation, removal, etc.

Cons

  • The functionality doesn't fit outside of a CCO environment in general
  • Frequent outages since the upgrade
  • Helpful data supporting leave and reporting

Verint Workforce Management is less suitable outside of a CCO environment when the workload is more difficult to measure. In a CCO environment or when measuring adherence, Verint Workforce Management is helpful.
