Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We use Verint Workforce Management to schedule and forecast our front office agents and back-office automation services.

All achieve nearly the same results, Verint performs better in Time off Management, however other User Interface is more up to date and perform better in shift bidding and some are quicker and more flexible in terms of scheduling.

They have been great, however, long-term forecasting is still done off the system in most cases.
It is not rolled out due to HR policies and cell phone and mobility concerns, this includes payroll and employee rights.
Verint Workforce Management is useful in contact centers above 150 agents. The same functionality and systems should be able to be used in the same Workforce Management tool and UI vs. back-office tools. Bringing all the Workforce interfaces together would be great across Workforce and Work Manager for the back office.
