Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We deal with business units with varying capabilities. Some of the work in our organization is translatable to call center volume; the department I am in does not adequately fit the bill for our needs unfortunately. The one helpful section n Verint that has been helpful is Verint MyTime. Using that part of the tool, we are able to create a framework that customizes a process for analysis of a business unit's specific question.

It wasn't automated but we did identify an instance where an overuse of leave directly fed into overtime usage. It was helpful to set up a "gatekeeping" mechanism for leave management to prevent auto-approvals from negatively impacting workflow operations.
I did not find much value in long-term forecasting for this product.
I am not personally a user - they seem to have an okay time using the UI itself.
