- Verint has a good forecasting system
- The Verint support is very responsive
- Verint configurations are easy to set up and understand
Cons
- Verint could improve the scheduling component to allow for more manual options and multi choice options
- Verint has had a large impact in adherence tracking and agent staffing
Verint has made it easier to allow for time off requests directly from the agent
Yes the employees are able to have a more self service approach to requesting time off
At this time we are not using Verint for Capacity / long term planning
Verint is an overall better platform than Calabrio was at he time
