We use WFM for scheduling and forecasting to simplify act of scheduling, provide greater visibility and ensure consistency, and to ensure coverage is available when needed. We oversee a call center of ~200 FTEs and Verinte WFM software makes the task manageable and allows us to ensure that our patients reach a representative promptly.
