We use WFM on a daily basis for scheduling and forecasting.

- meeting allocation
The auto approval on PTO has been very positive for employee engagement
somewhat, we still have a manual process for attendance but wanting to implement the mobile app
poor. this is the hardest area for use and understanding in a separate planner
