Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We use WFM on a daily basis for scheduling and forecasting.

  • agent management
  • user profile and data

Cons

  • forecasting and analytics
  • capacity planning
  • meeting allocation
The auto approval on PTO has been very positive for employee engagement
somewhat, we still have a manual process for attendance but wanting to implement the mobile app
poor. this is the hardest area for use and understanding in a separate planner
Not user friendly or intuitive to a new user.
