Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We do short term forecasting in Verint , Also use Strategic planner . We also do scheduling and many more things

  • Forecasting
  • Queue analytics
  • old data retention

Cons

  • net staffing ribbon when having too many queues
  • faster completion of requests
Very user friendly for both parties and self explanatory.
It almost needs all of our needs just little tweaks are needed

Verint is almost right on point with forecasting . Right now I would say improvement is needed in resolving issues and requests quicker.
