Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

My organization uses Workforce management to assist in managing leave and employee activity.

Pros

  • leave processing
  • measuring aht
  • monitoring employee day details

Cons

  • Request everything feature
  • Verint system processing QA reviews
  • Employee buy-in to engage and learn new tools.
  • Gives the organization a broader scope on employee and organizational performance.
This has made the process more streamline, but it has posed a challenge at times.
At present, this is a new system for my organization. We have limited experience.
It's user friendly.

The system works well in a sense for employee management. It allows leadership and employees to monitor performance for both individual employees and the organization.
