Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

One stop shot for user profiles and information. Schedule all teams monitor their adherence in real time. Forecasts are generated externally and imported to track forecast vs. actual.

Pros

  • Able to monitor real time adherence.
  • Able to store user profiles and information for extraction when needed.
  • Provides accurate intraday forecasts based off historical data.

Cons

  • Schedule history for auditing is clunky and not easy to interpret.
  • The Verint OOTB report is generated in formats that aren't easily usable, with headings and data in a single cell rather than separate cells, so you need to clean the data before you can use it.
  • Net staffing is unreliable when you have many queues and cross-skilled agents.
Saves time for our real-time analysts, as they do not have to submit a requested annual leave request. Coaching is automatically scheduled in too when the team manager fills in the Verint coaching form
In essence, the software fits most of our needs; however, the lack of certain functions forces us to use other packages to round out our requirements.
