email marketing platform. It competes directly with ConstantContact and iContact.

Overall Satisfaction with Vertical Response

  • It was great for keeping a DB of customers and to be able to update quickly.
  • The web tools available that allowed us to create online signups was very helpful.
  • The ability to create multiple programs at once was very helpful.
  • Maybe more templates for the restaurant industry or more templates in general.
  • An easier to use editor for the web based email.
  • A desktop version to work offline.
  • It has been great overall, it has allowed us to quickly send out deals in response to ongoing scenarios.
  • It has allowed us to create a loyal following and helps boost our social network presence.
  • It also helps with sales as we can data mine for types of clients such as teachers or coaches.
As mentioned before, it is a great product that can scale with your company. So while you are small and growing you can pay less and when you grow it can grow with you in terms of the amount of customers you can track and mass mail to. Everyone should use this.

Using Vertical Response

Next time I need to do mass mailing like this I will definitely turn back to VR, it was great and easy to use. It is a tool that is essential to any local small business or large business. I cannot recommend this software any more than I already do.
