Overall Satisfaction with VidCruiter

Our organization uses Vidcruiter by the Staffing and HR team as an ATS. We use it to hire over 800 seasonal associates and about 15 full-time associates every year. Our organization has 5 users that interact with Vidcruiter on a daily basis. It helps us to keep track of our applicants in an organized way.
  • Keeps track of our applicants in organized folders and categories
  • Able to run reports on many fields within Vidcruiter
  • Can conduct video interviews within the system
  • Wish there was even a better way to build reports within. Not every category is reportable.

It is great as an ATS if you have more than one application type, we have multiple, so you can easily switch from one application to the next. We can use pre-recorded questions and can conduct live video interviews right in the system. It can auto-send emails and communication based on your needs. The one issue we have is running reports to keep track of how many applicants we get per month as they go through the particular stages, to keep track of KPIs of our recruiting team. Wish there was a better way to do this.
