We are using it for accounting and job cost analysis at this point. We are in the process of implementing the purchase order system and the project management module.
- There is tremendous flexibility in tracking labor hours by assembly and task.
- The calculation of the over/under billing is nice.
- The payroll time sheet tracking is useful.
- The Job Cost reporting could use improvement in the flexibility of choosing information.
- The time card module needs improvement.
- There need to be more training tools for the product or help guides.
- The system provides up to date hours worked on a job.
- The system is more stable than the previous one.
- Spectrum provides better reports than the previous system.
- Certified payroll is more challenging than the legacy system due to the available reports.
MRI is a solid product with a more advanced report writer within the system. That was more convenient than having to use third-party software.
