Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum

We use Viewpoint Spectrum for our accounting, job cost, and inventory!
  • It provides us with factual figures and percentages as to profit and job costing.
  • Support which is exceptional, but seems increasingly wrong to obtain quickly.
  • The ability to reuse dormant G.L. numbers.
  • Positive, because of the accuracy that it produces as to our financial position.
They get a 10 because they are always friendly, professional and very helpful!
The systems integration is a must and crucial in providing accurate data.
We especially like Viewpoint Spectrum's integration ability, and its inventory module gives us the ability to track and keep data current.
We have the Viewpoint Spectrum basic modules and they equip us with factual information as to company revenues and how our individual jobs are progressing!
